G'day we are here to look after you and your order, and we strive to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, so in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or credit provided the following conditions are met:
• All returns MUST be processed within 30 days of placing your order *unless a warranty issue - please send us an email so we can get the return process underway for you - firstname.lastname@example.org
• Returned products need to be complete in original packaging, with tags and labels attached. Clothing must not show signs of wear and do not wash Please include the packing slip (if you still have it) if you could write on the packing slip what size you would like to exchange with, this will also speed up the process.
• Once we have received your returned item, our fulfillment team will make sure everything is ok then Express post your exchange back to you.
• ALL "Last Chance" or "Sale" items are not eligible for returns or exchange as they will not be restocked - these products are marked down as they are the last of stock in these designs.
• When ordering a custom Jersey Name please follow the instructions in the item description. Once a Jersey Name is pressed onto the jersey this is a permanent addition to the jersey and is not refundable.
• If the return is due to a manufacturing issue our team will come to an agreement with you based on the individual circumstances, and you will be notified ASAP.
