We try to get all shipments sent the same day of order, otherwise the following morning.
All Australian orders are shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast.
Shipping time should be calculated from the time you receive tracking number/shipping confirmation email.
Standard AUSwide Shipping - Allow from 2-5 business days to receive your order, depending on location. (if you are in a close area to our warehouse, you will generally receive your package the following day)
Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and remote areas.
Please allow 7 working days for standard shipping and 2-3 days for express shipping.
(Express Shipping will generally arrive the following day of order)
- International shipping may take between 7-20 business days depending on customs and destination, all international orders come with a tracking number.
"We the Riders" wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchased products. In order to ensure that, we take returns on all items purchased online through "We the Riders".
How it works:
- All returns MUST be received within 7 days of purchase, unless a warranty issue.
- Merchandise needs to be complete in original packaging, with tags and labels attached. Clothing can not show signs of being worn, Please include buyers name & order number.
- All items marked on “SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning their order, and original shipping is not refunded.
- If Item is damaged upon arrival of purchase, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs after delivery. We will email you return instructions for those items.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, a full refund and all shipping costs will be credited to the buyer after we receive the returned product.
